Algem Community Feedback + CEO Update

This is Igor, Algem CEO and founder.

We would like to thank you for participating in our August Community Survey. We really appreciate your opinion and efforts to make Algem better!

Below I’ll share some of the most noteworthy inquiries and answer them to let our community better understand our plans.

“I would be happy if various functions such as swapping, lending, etc. were added and everything could be completed in one place.”

Thank you for your suggestion! By the end of this year, we will have our core features like Liquid Staking, Liquid Staking 2.0, and Liquid Lending.

Furthermore, starting in November of this year, we will work on a detailed plan for the following year.

We were already thinking about the possibility of adding features like an AMM or lending to our platform. However, the final decision will depend on our long-term plans, competitive field, and other factors.

“I would first make it (nASTR) available in the Polkadot ecosystem through the xc version.”

Glad you have proposed this! We will work on ERC20 <-> XC20 swap for nASTR in November and December. This feature will let users exchange their ERC20 nASTR (current version) to XC20 nASTR and vice versa and then use them in dApps on other Parachains.

“Give more incentivized program (promotion) / farm single token feature.”

You can anticipate single token farming and more incentive programs later in September – stay tuned!

“A good project is a project that can provide solutions and also good service for users. In particular, data security is more of a priority. And I see Algem has good potential in the present and the future.”
